Rachael Barrett is a fine art consultant and advisor. In 2010 Rachael founded the curatorial and project management service Three Sixty Degrees (TSD) to facilitate the commission, exhibition and strategical development of fine art and contemporary culture. TSD collaborates with a network of artists, curators, private collectors and institutions to strategically build public and private collections, enhance and develop cultural profile, research and share knowledge, and facilitate successful collaborations between commerce, policy and culture.
